Fun series for the fall according to Noa

Since summer is really behind us now and the cold days with a blanket on the couch are coming, I started looking for fun series to watch this fall. This way you will get enough tips to not have to look for yourself.

Fun series on Netflix

Let’s start with the Netflix series: first, I ended up with Breaking bad. This series is now in its 5th season. Breaking bad is all about Walter White, a chemistry teacher at a high school in Albuquerque. Just when his wife is unexpectedly pregnant with their second child, Walter is found to be terminally ill and his world collapses. To ensure that his family does not fall into a financial crisis after his death, Walter decides to switch to a life as a criminal.

Good girls is also highly recommended. Good girls is an American comedy drama series from the channel NBC. In the Netherlands, the series can be seen exclusively on Netflix. It consists of 4 seasons with episodes of ± 45 minutes. In Good Girls we follow the lives of three women who seem to lead a good and innocent life in a suburb of Detroit. But appearances are deceiving….

Lucifer is a delightful series to bing. In Lucifer, the devil has moved from hell out of boredom to Los Angeles where he has opened a nightclub. Through his friendship with a detective, he constantly finds himself in unusual situations. Meanwhile, you can watch the latest season (6) on Netflix. And so for those who are just starting to watch now, you can binge.

And not to forget, La Casa de Papel also has another brand new season (5) on Netflix and is certainly very exciting! In the first season, a mysterious man who calls himself “The Professor,” along with eight specialists (named after cities) organize the biggest heist in Spanish history, at the Spanish Mint. In the following seasons, the story continues and they face another heist with its challenges. This is definitely one of my favorite series!

Prison Break is a classic, but still one of my own all time favorites. I can keep watching this one, really a very good series. Prison Break is about Michael Scofield, an engineer who volunteers to be locked up in prison to break out his brother, Lincoln Burrows. Lincoln Burrows is in prison for the murder of the brother of the vice president of the United States. This series has 5 seasons and can be seen on Netflix.

Fun series on Videoland

On videoland you can watch the Handmaid’s Tale. This is an intense series, but super good! The series is set in an imaginary near future. The birth rate has dropped dramatically due to sexually transmitted diseases and environmental pollution. After a civil war, a totalitarian regime of Christian fundamentalists called Gilead seizes power in the United States. There are now 4 seasons available on videoland.

And if you have all the time, then you should also definitely start watching The Blacklist on Videoland. Here they are already on season 8. That’s a lot of seasons to watch back but well worth it if you like thrillers. Here it revolves around the most wanted criminal Raymond Reddington who has made a pact with the FBI to catch top criminals. But of course not out of good-naturedness, but mainly to benefit himself. Running through the various cases is the storyline between him and FBI investigator Elizabeth Keen, who finds out that Red might be her father. Or isn’t! Or is he!
