WHY OPAPMETLISA NEEDS DATA

OpstapmetLisa has not given Google permission to use information obtained through Analytics, for other Google services.

MAILCHIMP

For our newsletter correspondence, we use Mailchimp as a data processor. MailChimp has been certified by the Swiss Safe Harbor Frameworks since 2007, with the consent of both the EU and the US. Meanwhile, the Safe Harbor Frameworks have been replaced by the Privacy Shield Framework and Mailchimp is also certified for this.

In light of the GDPR, Mailchimp’s Data Processing Agreement has been updated and Mailchimp has been included as a data processor in the Standard Contractual Clauses of the Data Processor, 2010 and thus complies with European data processing guidelines. VIEW, MODIFY OR DELETE DATA

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to info@opstapmetlisa.nl. OpstapmetLisa will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

OpstapmetLisa takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
