Recipe for Restaurant Hudson’s Lazy Sunday Nachos
What do you need to make your own Lazy Sunday Nachos at home? Here’s the recipe for 2-3 people:
- 100 grams of nachos
- 60 grams of grated cheddar cheese
- 100 grams of minced meat
- 20 grams of red onions
- 100 grams of tomato salsa
- 35 grams of sour cream
- 35 grams of guacamole
- 15 grams of jalapeno peppers
How do you get started with the ingredients?
Fill a dish with nachos, add minced meat, red onion and cheddar cheese. Bake the dish with the contents for 5 to 6 minutes in the oven (180 degrees). Top with a spoonful of tomato salsa. Top with a spoonful of sour cream and guacamole and top with jalapenos. Enjoy!
Do it yourself but with a little help
At a number of locations (Voorschoten, Zoetermeer and Leiden) Hudson Take Away also sells the Nachokit. Then you have all the ingredients you need right away!
