Spring menus at our favorite restaurants

Spring is here. The flowers have raised their heads above the ground and the trees are once again in beautiful blossom. In the supermarkets, you can also see that winter is over again. Brussels sprouts are already out of stock and summer fruits are being pushed further back into view.
So also the time for the better restaurants to adjust their menus. Which makes sense, because these restaurants prepare their menu with mainly daily fresh products and products of the season. Here, we are already giving you a taste of some spring menus at our favorite restaurants.
Sweet spring in Oisterwijk
What better restaurant to start with than restaurant Lieve Lente in Oisterwijk. Lieve lente is a cozy eatery with an English feel. They serve a regularly changing menu here, adapted to the seasons. You can always choose from the standard dishes on the menu, but you can also be surprised by a carefully composed 3-course menu. The 3×3 surprise menu consists of 9 freshly prepared seasonal dishes. If you want to go a little more on save, choose the spring menu where you can choose which main course you take.
Spanish restaurant Destino in Rotterdam
Spanish restaurant Destino is constantly working to put some delicious seasonal dishes on the table. Therefore, Destino’s menu consists mainly of seasonal tapas and in the spring, therefore, delicious spring dishes. With of course some all-time favorites, complemented by a wide range of daily changing tapas outside the menu. Restaurant Elea in The Hague
Restaurant Elea has its roots in Rijswijk, but is now an established restaurant of repute on The Hague’s Noordeinde. And not without reason. Chef Takis and his team let you enjoy a sumptuous dinner at a high culinary level. The emphasis is on pure flavors and fresh products of the season. The menu changes regularly so you will be surprised every time again. So definitely worth visiting Elea this spring.
Laura’s Sabor in Zeist
Laura’s Sabor is a very special restaurant. They work here with the living room restaurant concept. This is all about social dining. At Laura’s Sabor you can sit in the living room restaurant at the big tree trunk table or, if the weather is nice, in between the fruit trees. But you can also choose to have dinner at your own location. Laura’s Sabor cooks with the seasons and as much as possible from our own greenhouse, vegetable garden and herb garden. The spring menu is available from March through May.
Villa Augustus in Dordrecht
Restaurant Villa Augustus is truly a unique place to enjoy your spring menu. The restaurant is located in the middle of its own vegetable garden. Here Dutch season is visible and harvestable from early spring until deep into winter. All vegetables, fruits and herbs go to the chefs right after harvest, which promises fresh and seasonal dishes. So be surprised by dishes from the home garden and enjoy spring.
