Fashion house Voorwinden – The best clothing store for a complete outfit

I have written about Fashion House Voorwinden before. The reason is that this really is one of my favorite stores to succeed for a new outfit. Voorwinden really has everything under one roof to complete your look.

Recently I had the opportunity to visit this fantastic fashion house in ‘s-Gravendeel again. The kids had a fun play date planned so my husband and I had our hands free and the whole day to ourselves. Mid-morning we arrived in ‘s-Gravendeel. It was a warm day so the store was not very busy. To get my bearings on what exactly I was looking for, we first walked around the store.

Find your favorite clothing style quickly because of the logical store layout

The layout of the store is very nice and logical. Men’s on one side and women’s on the other. And these two parts are connected by a walkway that allows you to walk from one side to the other both from the first floor and on the second floor.

For both the men and women, there are also different sections arranged by clothing style. Casual for the young adults, chic and business for the timeless wardrobe, classic for the older ladies and exclusive with the more expensive brands.

The men have a similar division. Only the shoes and underwear come together on the top floor, which incidentally also has a whole children’s department.

The most beautiful outfits with the help of a personal advisor

I am very busy throughout the year and never really have time to go shopping. As a result, I quickly find myself looking for some complete outfits to add to my wardrobe.

Last time I was at Voorwinden, I was helped very nicely by a personal advisor. An employee who asked me what I was looking for and, based on that information, picked up several garments and sets to try on. As a result, I quickly found a very nice set of clothes.

This time, too, I got lucky. The same employee, Karin, is present and has time to help me. She does have quite a challenge for me. I want some nice combinations that I can wear both for work and for leisure, but I don’t really know what exactly I am looking for.

Karin gets to work full of energy and soon comes to the fitting room with a whole pile of beautiful clothes. Some outfits are just a little too striking for me, but by playing with them we ended up with a very nice set of clothes.

The pants we picked out turned out to be a little too long so Karin suggested we let them take them in. Since we ourselves are not from the area I was hesitant about that. But as it turns out? Not only do they have a very good tailor, they also send the garments to your home address within a week, free of charge. What a great service!

Delicious lunch or a cup of coffee in between

Shopping can make you very thirsty and hungry. But we have thought of that too. You can sit down at one of the tables on either side of the store and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee with a cake or a fresh juice with a sandwich.

Shopping by appointment

Modehuis Voorwinden is a clothing store where you are ready for the whole season in one go. And when you are only looking for a few pieces to complement, this is of course also possible.

They even offer you the service of coming to shop by appointment. When you purchase a new outfit, if you take photos, you can send them these prior to your visit. If you also let them know what kind of clothes you are looking for, they will make a selection for you based on the style of your previous purchases.

So without too much effort you can find everything together here. The only risk you run is that you will succeed too well and drive home with full bags but an empty wallet. But with a satisfied feeling!
