“When the package appeared in the mailbox we all couldn’t wait to see what was inside. But of course pictures had to be taken first, haha. There was a super cute handwritten card in the package! We had the scoop on Nilsson’s Choice: a selection of different types of vegan and gluten-free pastries. In the package were brownies, chewy pecan cookies and a dark chocolate and nut fudge. Everything had to be tested right away. Those brownies are truly heavenly! And that for gluten-free pastries! You really don’t taste the difference! Not at all dry, what a relief after all the other gluten-free cakes I have tasted. I definitely dare to arrive at a birthday party with these!”

Is everyone else equally enthusiastic about Nilsson’s Post?

The rest of the family has also tasted and they are enthusiastic. Erik: “Well, I could eat another whole box of these!” and the adolescent son of the house nodded enthusiastically (his mouth was full and therefore unable to respond). The brownies from Nilsson’s Post were a big hit here, but the chewy pecan cookies and fudge were just as popular. And we still had leftovers, so we can test again! This definitely tastes like more, so this is definitely not the last time we will order from Nilsson’s Post.
