Restaurant near GelreDome
GelreDome, Amsterdam Arena, Ziggo Dome, HMH and Ahoy. These are currently the most well-known venues where many concerts are held. The GelreDome is currently perhaps the most popular of these venues. But unfortunately its location, in Arnhem, is not centrally located and quickly accessible for everyone. So you have to make sure you get out the door in time for your concert.
Of course, you’d rather not get in at the last minute for the performance. You want to make sure you are well in time and preferably have a bite to eat beforehand. Therefore, combine an evening at GelreDome with a nice and cozy restaurant. Since not everyone knows where to find nice restaurants near the GelreDome, we did a search for you and give you an overview of the best and nicest restaurants in the area.

We made this review based on the atmosphere and quality of the food, travel distance from the restaurant to GelreDome and the speed of the kitchen so you can finish your meal on time and don’t have to run inside the GelreDome too late.
Parking at the GelreDome
The GelreDome is of course not only one of the largest event venues in the Netherlands, but also the home of soccer club Vitesse. So they are used to receiving a lot of visitors there. With their cars. To the stadium you will find a Transferium where you can park for an event-rate. If you are early, you can park your car here and then take the bus that stops right in front of the door in 10 minutes to the center of Arnhem, where you will find a lot of nice, cozy and delicious eateries. If you are a bit later, you can park at BurgersZoo or Rijkerswoerd. From there a shuttle bus will take you to the stadium.

Are you coming to Arnhem by train? Then Stella by Starlight is a very nice and very cozy place to eat. Stella is about a 100 meter walk from the train station. It is a very small and cozy restaurant with a lovely living room feel. There is an atmosphere that anything goes. Choose your own place at one of the cozy tables and enjoy good food, in good quantities, for a nice price. And from here it is only 5 minutes by train to the GelreDome
Restaurant De Klomp in Elst is the perfect restaurant for delicious Dutch solidity. The can enjoy a delicious piece of puffer steak, Wienerschnitzel or salmon fillet here. And beforehand, of course, you’ll find a parade of fish, carpaccio and caesar salad on the menu. Not an exciting menu, but well prepared and very tasty. And it is only 5 kilometers away from the GelreDome. So you are there by car within 10 minutes.
Mexicaans Restaurant Amigo is located in the center of Arnhem and is highly recommended to have a bite to eat before your concert. You can find them at the Pauwstraat 14. You can order delicious tortilla soup, molletes or ‘the old-time favorites’ Nachos’s or Quesadillas. As a main course, you can choose from all the goodies that Mexican cuisine has to offer. And if you keep an eye on the departure time of the bus, you will be back at the GelreDome in 10 minutes.
Restaurant Treffen can also be found in the center of Arnhem, on the Markt and is therefore also just 10 minutes by bus from the GelreDome. Treffen is a restaurant where it’s all about being together. Fun, sharing food and enjoying flavors. So they serve delicious dishes that you can share together. Delicious small dishes, but of course you can also choose your own main dishes. The dishes of Restaurant Treffen have an Asian twist.
