In our series Restaurant recipes to make at home, several of our favorite restaurateurs reveal their old-time favorite recipe that you can also just make at home. This time, Lianne and Mart from Restaurant Hudson Voorschoten give a sneak peek.
Lianne and Mart have not one but two recipes for you! They couldn’t choose their favorite. And of course we don’t mind at all!

The Goat Cheese Salad
What do you all need to make this delicious recipe per person?
- 50 gr Mixed lettuce
- 40 gr Gr Grilled zucchini
- 10 gr Red onions
- 30 gr Cucumber strips
- 10 gr Chickpeas
- 5 gr Raisins
- 2 gr Pepitas
- 10 gr roasted sweet bell pepper
- 40 gr goat cheese
- 30 ml Muhammara dressing
How to make it
Cover a flat plate with mixed lettuce, build your salad with all your ingredients and finish with goat cheese and your dressing. Simple and quick to make!
The 43 Shake (18 )
What do you all need to make this recipe per person?
- 100 ml Orange sorbet ( 2 scoops )
- 50 gr yogurt ice cream
- 150 ml orange juice
- 70 ml licor 43
All you have to do is: shake in a blender & top with whipped cream. And of course enjoy!
