Beautiful skin in winter

It is now officially winter. We have already gotten used to sitting inside more and snuggling by the stove. That can be very nice and cozy, but it’s not as nice for your skin. The dry warm air and the changes between warm inside and cold outside quickly dry out your skin. Fortunately, there are plenty of products you can use to protect and care for your skin so that you always look radiant.
Care cream for a protective layer
In winter, you are often indoors longer, the heating is on and the air is drier. Outside, wind and cold affect the skin’s natural protective layer. As a result, your skin has less protection and it is good to use a fuller day cream. A layer is then left on the skin, which serves as extra protection for your skin. Babor has several care creams for every skin type.
Prevent or reduce red veins
Due to temperature fluctuations, the dry warm air inside and the rapid transition to the cold outside, your blood vessels suffer a lot. If you are prone to rosacea, this can get worse in the winter. The blood vessels have to dilate and then contract again. I compare it to elastic. If it is stretched often, at some point it stays that way. It’s the same way with blood vessels. Use a rosacea cream and or supplement to strengthen the blood vessels. A good supplement that contains everything is Cellics supplements.
Cleansing without drying out
In winter, use a somewhat milder cleansing product without alcohol. Your skin is already dehydrated during this period and alcohol only exacerbates this. Decaar’ s cleansing products allow the skin to breathe by removing makeup and dirt in a very gentle but effective way. The result is clean, healthy and radiant skin.
Maintain moisture levels for hydration
Obviously you drink water more easily in the summer, but try to drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day in the winter as well. If the moisture level in the skin is better maintained, other “skin problems” such as dry skin, wrinkles, lacerations and rosacea are less likely to get worse.
Supplements
Nutritional supplements are important in winter, such as; vitamin C, a multivitamin and Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Perhaps taking extra vitamins should even be at the top of the list of beauty tips. You will replenish all of the body’s deficiencies from the inside out and so will the skin. Your skin will look healthier.
Face mask
With the cold weather, use a mask for dry or dehydrated skin one more time to give the skin more nourishment quickly. You’ll see how your skin improves when you put on a nice sheet mask (and enjoy Netflix in the meantime ;-)). In the Blitz Cosmetics webshop, you will find a variety of masks that will give your face a wonderful makeover.
