April 9 marks the start of Book Week! It would have taken place earlier, but was moved to April because of Corona. Because this year’s theme is “first love,” we have selected the best romantic feel-good books for you. Of course, you can find these books at your favorite local bookstore!

The tea store full of happiness by Manuela Inusa

The tea store full of happiness by Manuela Inusa is the first part of the Valerie Lane series. The series centers on five girlfriends and their stores. Meanwhile, the second volume The Chocolate Shop of Your Dreams has also been published and two more volumes will be released next summer. So you can keep on reading in the near future. I just finished the first part and it is definitely recommended. Not too much to think about, just fun and nice and romantic. Perfect reading material for spring! I am already looking forward to the next parts.

Effie’s parents have been separated for some time and her father has fallen in love with the much younger Krista. Things aren’t working out at all between Effie and Krista, and when Greenoaks, Effie’s parents’ house is sold at Krista’s hands as well, she’s done for. When Krista organizes a “housecooling” to say goodbye to Greenoaks, Effie at first wants nothing to do with it. But then she remembers a beloved treasure from her childhood that is still hidden there. So she has to break in while everyone is partying! And in the process, she discovers much more than her own treasure. The Party Crasher is hilarious, funny and truly Kinsella!

A new Charlotte de Monchy will also be released around May 3. In Who Dares Who Wins, we follow Lizzy who is ashamed to death of her marketing job at a vulgar men’s magazine. So the shock is great when Celeste dies suddenly, also leaving her her capital canal house. But, this one she has to share Celeste’s grandson, Tobias. He wants to get rid of the property as soon as possible, but Lizzy actually wants to refurbish it. Would they come out of it together? A delightful feelgood so!
