Need an exciting outing without being in danger? Then a ride on a zipline, also known as a zip line, might be an idea! We searched for places in the Netherlands where you can experience such an adventure. These zipline locations are all safe but exciting!

Fun Forest, the climbing forest in Almere

Almere is home to Fun Forest, Almere’s climbing forest, but this is also the largest zipline park in the Netherlands. Every climbing route starts and ends with a zipline. You float over trees and water! This climbing park has 8 different routes. How many do you dare to do? There are also routes for the little ones, so an exciting outing for the whole family!

Zip Holland: the zipline over the sea

On the Pier of Scheveningen you can also enjoy a ride on the zipline. This is then also the longest zipline in Europe with its 350 meters in length. You zip across the sea from the Bungy Tower on the Pier. You can reach a speed of 70 km per hour at Zip Holland! An outing you won’t soon forget.

Rollercoaster zipline in Rotterdam

At Adventure City in Rotterdam they have something really cool: the rollercoaster zipline! This is, as the name suggests, a roller coaster and zipline in one! How cool is that? But that’s not the only thing this biggest climbing park in Europe has to offer! Both inside and outside there is plenty to do: zipline, climbing courses, free falls, you name it! Adventure City in Rotterdam

Adventure City in Rotterdam is the largest and most spectacular climbing and ziplining park in the Netherlands. Indoor and outdoor, because there is also a huge indoor area there. Perfect on less beautiful days and certainly not less exciting. Outside you will find for example the Rollercoaster Zipline with, as the name suggests, a real roller coaster sensation! There are also two other spectacular outdoor ziplines and two amazing indoor ziplines. Guaranteed to be an exciting day out!

Viking Adventures in Ewijk

In Ewijk, in the province of Gelderland, you will find a special adventure park for young and old: Viking Adventures. Besides all kinds of activities with a Viking touch in the forest, there is also a gigantic climbing forest with various ziplines and free falls. Please note that it is mandatory to book an e-ticket in advance.
