Unfortunately, according to the RIVM, the number of corona infections in the Netherlands is rising to such an extent that the Government considers a second intervention necessary. Even more annoying in this is that once again the Dutch hospitality industry is taking the biggest hit.

Fortunately, our catering heroes have a true entrepreneurial heart and, however difficult the situation may be, they are not easily caught. Many of our favorite catering locations have already announced that they will deliver their delicacies to your home or that you can come and pick them up yourself. We give you an overview:

Brasserie Uit ‘t Zuiden – The Feelgoodbox

Brasserie Uit `t Zuiden wants to spoil us culinary and treat us to a smile in these strange times. Therefore, they have created a delicious luxury drink board. This is the best way to start the weekend with your family! You can pick up the luxury drink board at Brasserie Uit `t Zuiden at the Noordsingel 121 in Rotterdam.

Hudson Voorschoten

Hudson Voorschoten is also forced to close its doors as of October 15. But luckily they will continue to deliver their Hudson dishes at home or you can use their takeout service! You can order your own favorite Hudson favorites such as one of the delicious poke bowls, the giant burgers, tasty appetizers and more. And you’ll even get a 10% discount on your order.

Restaurant ‘t Binnenhof Paasloo

Restaurant ‘t Binnenhof Paasloo offers you delicious meals throughout the day, which you can take away or have delivered. So you can order an extensive breakfast package, you can choose from the delicious lunch dishes, plates and salads and you can have a delicious dinner delivered to your home by choosing from one of the menus that can be delivered in several courses.

Fish restaurant Les Copains

Les Copains in Delft continued its delivery and take-out service as usual after the first lockdown and has now expanded it again. You can enjoy their delicacies from the sea from Wednesday to Sunday. And the menu has even expanded to include two meat dishes. Also, in addition to an extensive dinner, you can also order lunch dishes such as various sandwiches / soup of the week / various salads fish or meat.

Tapas restaurant Destino – Destino at home

Destino is the Spanish tapas restaurant of Rotterdam-North. And now that they can’t spoil you with the Spanish traditional classics from their own kitchen for a while, you can pick up their delicacies for at home. When you go to the table is up to you, all you need is an oven to heat up the dishes. Orders can be picked up on Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 3:00 and 4:30 pm.

ITALY

On the Piet Heistraat in The Hague you will find Italy. This delicatessen store specializes in various Italian snacks, fresh pasta and wines from all regions of Italy. Both for beginners and advanced cooks, you will find everything to make your evening enjoyable. This family-run business has over 50 years of experience, so lovers and foodies are sure to find what they are looking for here! Italy is also open for orders during the corona crisis. Unfortunately, the counter itself is closed, so you can’t just drop by. You can call or send an e-mail and pick up your tasty snacks by appointment.

ELPIDIO

Osteria Elpidio in Voorburg is our new favorite deli. We had a delicious lunch here recently, but it’s also a great place for dinner and the best wines! Even during the corona crisis, Elpidio’s customers are at their beck and call with a take-away menu. You can order this menu Tuesday through Saturday.

VERMEYDEN WINES AND DELICACIES

Since 2009, deli Vermeyden has been a purveyor to the royal household, and this Rotterdam store is very proud of that. And rightly so! For the most delicious tapas, meats, cheeses, nuts and wines, this is the place to be. Besides wines, they also have port, champagne and sherry. You can find Vermeyden on the Nieuwe Binnenweg.

Even during this crisis they are taking measures. Here you can read how Vermeyden solves it. You can order online, but note that they don’t deliver everywhere.

BIGOLI

Utrecht is home to a very fine delicatessen where you can also eat delicious sandwiches, Bigoli on Schoutenstraat. Bigoli is not big, but it has everything for the real gourmet. Looking for an original gift? Then you have come to the right place as well. You can let the staff put together a basket full of Italian delicacies. What a nice way to enter a party! You can also fill out an order list and send it in. You will then make an appointment when you can pick it up. You can find the order list here.

PACOMER CATERER

If you are looking for a deli in Amsterdam that offers Spanish delicacies, look no further. For the tastiest tapas, Spanish cheeses, wines and soups you are welcome at Pacomer Traiteur! You can find this deli on Gerard Dousstraat in our capital city and you can place orders for takeout and delivery.

JÁMON JÁMON

In Haarlem, you can find Jámon Jámon on the Schagchelstraat. Here you will find homemade tapas, delicious Spanish baguettes topped with the most delicious things, various montaditos, Spanish hams, wines and coffee. They import everything themselves so it’s definitely good! We hope our tips give you everything you need to make it nice and cozy at home!

A maximum of 3 customers are allowed in the store at the moment, so make it easy on yourself and the store by ordering in advance. You can do that by phone at 023-820 03 06, and you can pick it up afterwards!
