Looking for a fun outing with the kids and adults? Then we have spring tips for you! You see, there are farms with fun activities all over the country. There is plenty to discover, play and taste. And in the meantime you can learn all about the animals and farm life.

Farmer in Hazerswoude

At Jeu de Boer there is plenty to do for young and old. Farmer golf, farmer bowling, taking rides on the E-chopper, a fun step safari, Kloten langs de Sloten, Jeu de Boeren and a GPS tour are just a few of the activities they offer. Super fun! You can also go there for all kinds of fun and creative workshops.

Poldersport in the Kwakel

In the Green Heart, besides Jeu de Boer and De Boerinn, you will find another fun activity farm! Poldersport de Kwakel has great outdoor activities for young and old. A perfect place for a special children’s party, company outing, bachelor party or family day. For example, there is poldersurvival, raft building, hexathlon, archery and even an escape room.

Molenwaard Adventure Farm

In Groot-Ammers you will find Avonturenboerderij Molenwaard. This adventure farm is especially suitable for toddlers. Go on a treasure hunt with the farm kids Fien & Teun and get your farm diploma, there’s a tractor track, Fien & Teun shows, a Fien & Teun playground a barefoot path and much more! Of course, there are also sweet farm animals that love to be cuddled.

The Drenthe Cow

If you are in Drenthe (Ruinerwold area) a visit to play and ice cream farm the Drentse Koe should not be missed. When our son (now a serious adolescent) was still small we really enjoyed ourselves here for a day. Both inside and outside there is plenty to see and do. Farm animals, a large indoor playground, a glow-in-the-dark play cellar, a corn maze…. There really is all kinds of things to do. And afterwards, you really MUST try an ice cream, because they make their own.

Play Farm Haystack

In the green area of the Brabant Kempen you will find Speelboerderij de Hooiberg. There is a true play paradise created for children up to 10 years old with no less than 6000 m² of play space. In addition to a large outdoor playground, there is also plenty to do inside. And while the children play, the parents enjoy a deluxe lunch or a tasty drink.

Play farm the Happy Farm

In Terschuur, Gelderland, you will find the Happy Farm. Here, young and somewhat older can have a great time! Take a ride on the pony, explore the grounds on tractors and go-karts and pet the bunnies. For the little ones there is a soft-play area while older children can climb and clamber in the monkey cage.

Farm ‘t Geertje in Zoeterwoude

There is always lots to do and experience at Farm ‘t Geertje. They have a huge goat stable where you can go inside. Super fun when kids are born! You can also rent a boat or play in the playground. Geertje is also an organic production farm and on site you will find a store where the tastiest homemade farm products are made!

Geertje’s Hoeve in Haarzuilens

Geertje’s Hoeve in Haarzuilens, Utrecht, is an annex of Boerderij ‘t Geertje in Zoeterwoude. Here, just like at ‘t Geertje, you will find a store where the tastiest regional products are for sale. In Haarzuilens there is also a large goat stable, you can go there for a high tea or other fun family parties, farmer mini-golf, all kinds of fun workshops (such as making your own butter), ditch shooting and you can go out with the polder ranger.

Farmhouse the Boerinn

Activity farm the Boerinn has everything you need to have a fun day. Please note that most games at the Boerinn are especially suitable for adults. This is because the farm is also the place to be for fun group activities and company outings. There are indoor and outdoor activities and you can stay overnight at the campsite in one of the safari tents.

The Garden Farm

In the Westland town of De Lier you will find De Tuinderij. In 2023, the Tuinderij was even voted the best outing of Zuid-Holland by the ANWB. There really is everything to do here: from Solex tours, to raptor team building, 30 seconds championships to hoverball, from foot pool to a toilet bowl race through the greenhouse. But there’s more!
