Osteria Elpidio Voorburg: real Italian enjoyment!

Recently we discovered another great little restaurant where you can enjoy the most delicious Italian dishes: Osteria Elpidio in Voorburg!

Enjoy Italian

Are you a lover of Italian food and fine wines? Then Osteria Elpidio is for you! Don’t expect a pizzeria, because there is no pizza on the menu. But there are all kinds of other delicious Italian dishes to choose from at lunch. For example, choose a delicious antipasti, vitello tonnato, insalata, panini or specialiata della casa. The staff is also really from Italy, so they sure know how to prepare the food!

Lunch and dinner

You can go to Osteria Elpidio for lunch and dinner. At lunch you can choose from several dishes on the menu, but not for dinner! Then you eat what the chef prepares for you that night. Great right? It doesn’t really matter what is served, enjoy it anyway! At both lunch and dinner there is a wide range of matching wines to choose from. Elpidio also sells Italian wines himself. So if you had a really good one, you can immediately take a bottle home with you!

Delicious lunch in Voorburg

We also enjoyed a delicious lunch at this small but cozy Osteria. Reservation is really a must as all tables were occupied. Choosing from the menu was not easy, but we decided to go for an extensive antipasti and a vitello tonado which we shared. With that we chose a delicious glass of white wine that matched the dishes perfectly.
