Sleeping in the Hague beach houses

If you ever come to Kijkduin you may have seen them before: the Haagse Strandhuisjes. You can find them north of beach junction 2A in The Hague. These cottages (there are 20 in total) are made of sustainable materials and are suitable for 4 to 5 persons. And they are right on the beach! So you don’t have to walk a long way to get to the beach. You can book a Haags Strandhuisje for a weekend, a midweek or a week. Parking is free and you can use the swimming pool in the nearby vacation park.

Beach house Nortich

Just behind the dunes of Noordwijk aan Zee you will find Strandhuis Nortich, which used to be the name of Noordwijk. This house was designed from top to toe by the owners themselves and can accommodate 6 people. The enclosed garden is perfect for families with young children and there is also a playground nearby. You can do all sorts of things nearby, such as walking on the beach, horseback riding on the beach, mountain biking, windsurfing and much more. This beach house has everything you need for a perfect vacation by the sea.

Roompot Beach Villas

At Hoek van Holland you can enjoy a beach vacation at home in one of the Roompot Beach Villas. The Beach Villas are located directly on the beach so each house has a beautiful view of the sea. The houses are connected in pairs, so it’s great to book them with a friendly couple, for example. The houses are suitable for 4 to 6 persons and with the beach literally on your doorstep, no one will be bored. You can also rent a bicycle.

Catshed at Sea

The Catshuis aan Zee is hidden behind the dunes of Ouddorp in beautiful green surroundings. The vacation home has recently been completely renovated, making it even more comfortable to spend the night by the sea. Close by are the beach, but also cozy Zeeland towns like Zierikzee, Middelburg and Veere. You can take lovely walks on the beach from your cottage or enjoy active water sports such as kite surfing and sailing.

Beach bungalows Willy South

In Katwijk aan Zee you will find 20 lovely beach bungalows. The Willy Zuid beach bungalows are suitable for up to 5 persons, very child-friendly and located directly on the beach. There are 4 Deluxe beach bungalows and 16 Comfort beach bungalows. Right next to the bungalows you will find Strandpaviljoen Willy Zuid where you can enjoy a delicious meal.

Pier 7 sand pavilion

In Vlissingen you will find Zandpaviljoen Pier 7. Pier 7 is also called the Ibiza of Zeeland and spending the night by the sea here is truly a party. There are a total of 7 beach rooms equipped with all modern conveniences. In addition, you can use all the facilities of the sand pavilion such as the catering which you can enjoy on the large terrace.
