We are in the midst of autumn. Time again in the better restaurants for a delicious fall menu full of mushrooms, pumpkins and pears. Here you will find a list of the delicious autumn menus that some of our favorite restaurants are serving in the coming time.

Restaurant Destino – Rotterdam

Spanish restaurant Destino has some delicious seasonal dishes on the menu in the last months of the year. For example, how about roasted Jerusalem artichoke with roasted artichoke and cream of parsnip? Or roasted pumpkin with chestnut, pomegranate and beyuco, braised iberico cheek, roulleaux of duck or eggplant beigets?

Restaurant 1397 – Bergen op Zoom

A few weeks back we had the opportunity to enjoy the delicious dishes from the surprise menu of Restaurant 1397 in Bergen op Zoom ourselves. The menu is carefully composed by chef Torben Bouterse and his team. The dishes are prepared with mainly local products from Bergen op Zoom and changes with the seasons so that they can offer the finest products of each season. So too on this fall menu full of surprising delicacies.

Brasserie from ‘t Zuiden – Rotterdam

On Rotterdam’s Noordsingel, you can also enjoy delicacies from the South in the fall. How about a delicious stew of Maastricht sour meat or a Tam Rabbit leg to warm you from the inside out? The Open Kitchen – Hilversum

Are you already familiar with Restaurant Proeverij De Open Keuken? Here you get the cozy and warm feeling as if you are sitting at the kitchen table with friends, while from the open kitchen delicious tastings are prepared for you. You can choose mini dishes that you can share with each other, or normal portions that you can keep to yourself. In November, the kitchen is dedicated to the Tough Steak Week. A refined piece of sirloin steak or tournedos to enjoy the autumnal flavors of this time of year.

Restaurant BAK – Amsterdam

A new discovery for us, but one we definitely want to try soon is BAK in Amsterdam. A restaurant that works with high-quality products that are used to create delicious fine dining dishes. They work with fish from sustainable fisheries, meat from local producers and the best vegetables from passionate farmers and can be found in the Amsterdam wood-fired ovens on the 3rd floor of warehouse Het Veem.
